About Saranne Soule Morrow
Saranne Soule Morrow brings decades of experience in sorority leadership, executive advisory work, communications, and mentoring to Morrow Advisory.
A longtime Kappa Kappa Gamma volunteer and advisor, Saranne has spent years helping young women and their families understand and prepare for sorority recruitment. She knows the process from many perspectives, including those of a member, alumna, advisor, mother, mentor, and trusted resource to families navigating recruitment at universities across the country.
Saranne began her professional career in television, with experience at CNN and ESPN, where she was part of an Emmy Award-winning production team. She went on to build a career in strategic communications, organizational leadership, and executive advisory work, partnering closely with CEOs, physicians, senior executives, boards, and other accomplished leaders.
Throughout her career, Saranne has been trusted in roles requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, preparation, and an ability to build meaningful relationships with people from many different backgrounds. Those same qualities are at the heart of Morrow Advisory.
Saranne believes the most effective recruitment preparation is both strategic and deeply personal. Her role is not to change a young woman or create a polished version of who she thinks she should be. It is to understand who she is, help her recognize what she brings to the table, and prepare her to navigate recruitment with confidence, authenticity, and grace.

Each engagement is private and confidential. Morrow Advisory provides independent guidance with respect for all national organizations, university Panhellenic communities, and the integrity of the recruitment process.
No advisor can promise or guarantee membership in a particular sorority or chapter. Instead, Morrow Advisory focuses on what can be thoughtfully prepared: helping each young woman enter recruitment informed, confident, and ready to make genuine connections of her own.
